At Hawkins New York, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes and include all inserts to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
